To all GMOA Provincial / District Coordinators,

Budget Proposal of 2017 Island wide protest campaign

Please use following slogans for Monday 28^th November 2016 protest campaign (from 12.00 noon to 1.00pm)

Please do necessary Tamil Translations if needed
Print and distribute the GMOA leaflet which is attached herewith during the protest
Inform area police if necessary
Get the maximum participation from all the branches under your purview
Hold at least one press conference per province, either on Monday or Tuesday (Please go through GMOA Press releases/ Press conferences and give your statements accordingly)
Arrange a seminar / lecture discussion against adverse Budget proposals on 29^th Tuesday. (use GMOA PowerPoint presentation which is available in website) one seminar per each provincial coordinator area (Target audience – 100)
