The injunction against the GMOA was lifted today (06-08-2014) by the Mount Lavinia district court.
Further the fact that the two trustees namely Dr. Lalantha Ransinghe and Dr. Nimal Ratnasena have got no right to go against the General Committee decisions was established by the Courts today.
