It’s done! GMOA has recorded a historical achievement by Gazzting the medical service minute which includes the new PROMOTION scheme of grade medical officers. Since we have established the basic framework as per the PA circular 2006/06, now we are in a state where we can make further improvements to serve justice to the other medical officer categories.
