All Medical Officers are kindly requested to apply only through Web Based Application and send the printed copy of the same application through proper channel. It should be handed over to the respective Heads of Institutions on or before 20-09-2013.
Heads of the institutions are requested to forward such printed copy of the applications to reach Health Ministry on or before 25-09-2013.
Those who are below 4 years and got the current station by a list OTHER THAN ANNUAL LIST are given an option to extend their stay in the Web Based Application form.
