GMOA agrees to the fact that the salaries of the professionals in this country should be increased if the government needs to get their contribution for the development of the country.
But this has to be done by following a scientific way as done in the National Wage Policy. Salary hikes to individual groups separately will not bring the expected outcome but only more agitation among the other professional groups due to creation of more anomalies.
We request the government to take immediate measures to increase the salaries of the professionals in this country.
