Need of an Organisational Structure

Lack of an organisational structure has caused numerous disturbances within the health sector. We see the present crisis in the labour rooms as a direct result of this. One category invading into the other’s territory should not be allowed. Further, including midwifery in to the basic nursing training may be a way of equalising with the 5 year medical degree.

We stress the need of an organisational structure and a training policy for all  workers.

Hence GMOA protests proposed inclusion of midwifery training to nursing curriculum.
