The first four batches of the students of the PMC – Malabe who were already deceived by the PMC authorities by wasting 3 years of their lives and their money, are trying to find a placement in foreign universities to continue the rest of their training at this moment.
But the SLMC and the Russian embassy said to have refused issuing any document in to certify for the period of “education” which they already had in this country.
PMC students are said to get another useless and illegal document by the UGC for this purpose for which they do not have authority to.
This is yet another trap since no twin programs will be recognized in Sri Lanka. The only option remaining for the students will be to get compensation from the PMC by appealing at the courts.
