For the convenience of our members, the Government Medical Officers’ Association (GMOA) has published the official Ministry of Health Research Allowance Forms on the GMOA website. Members can download these forms to manually complete and submit, along with the necessary supporting documents, to the relevant Ministry office for verification and processing.
